Overview

The Senior Services Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the market, growing, managing, tracking, and communicating services related orders and account activities, primarily within Texas, Oklahoma & New Mexico.

In Short

  • Organize and communicate business development opportunities with the broader sales team.
  • Research and map key accounts and evaluate business strategies.
  • Develop and communicate account strategies for specific accounts in the region.
  • Initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads.
  • Research, monitor and report on key competitors for field services.
  • Use critical thinking and strong communication skills to build relationships.
  • Create competitive strategies and messaging.
  • Conduct win/loss calls with prospects and communicate findings.
  • Work with PLM to develop new services products and strategies.
  • Support sales engagements with detailed competitive insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional sales and/or business development experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
  • Ability to work remotely from your home office.
  • Valid US passport.
