Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician will work with INNIO’s energy solutions, focusing on maintenance and repair of engines in the field, ensuring customer satisfaction through technical expertise.

• Prior mechanical experience required (automotive, power generation, heavy equipment).
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Use diagnostic and hand tools effectively.
• Read and interpret mechanical diagrams and safety documents.
• Troubleshoot and repair engines.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in varying conditions.
• Ability to travel for work, including overnight stays.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required.

Requirements

• Strong customer service mindset.
• 7+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Experience with engines, ideally INNIO Jenbacher.
• Willingness to work shifts and be on call.
• Experience with electrical or mechanical systems.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Good interpersonal skills.
