Overview

The Service Sales Manager is responsible for driving aftermarket service sales and managing the installed base of Waukesha gas engines within the assigned region. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the long-term reliability and performance of the installed fleet.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or service management.
  • Strong technical understanding of gas engines.
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset for managing installed base data.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
