Overview

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) works closely with our Channel Partners and end user customers to build strong, supportive relationships with them and their personnel across their assigned region.

In Short

  • Ownership and oversight for service execution for assigned Partners.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of channel Partners.
  • Support assigned Partners with service parts inquiries and quote assistance.
  • Coordinate support from local and remote teams to respond to inquiries.
  • Support region Sales and Service team in executing sales strategy.
  • Help identify Partner and end user opportunities and shortfalls.
  • Act as primary liaison for questions/concerns between end customer, Partner and HQ.
  • Support NPS survey and inputs to measure Partner performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer service, key account support, or project management in gas compression and/or power generation.
  • Experience working with Oracle ERP system.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% within assigned regions.
  • Strong customer and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Computer knowledge and experience in MS Office.
  • Passionate customer service orientation.
  • Fluent in English.
