Manager - Services Sales - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to assist our growing Professional Services customer acquisition team as a Services Sales Manager.

In Short

• Partner with product Account Executives to prospect for and acquire new customers.
• Drive higher Services attach rates by focusing on Services messaging/value.
• Manage leads through prospecting, cultivating, and setting appointments.
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline for services.
• Conduct outbound calling, email, and text communication.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve customer processes.
• Forecast and report sales activities to stakeholders.
• Maintain current customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Travel for on-site customer appointments and events.
• Understand industry trends to keep the business competitive.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in relevant professional services sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to success.
• Strong virtual meeting skills.
• Ability to learn CRM and lead technologies quickly.
• Experience selling services around SaaS products.
• Motivated to succeed in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Annual base salary range of $174,600 — $250,930.
