Overview

As a Lead - Account Manager at Freshworks, you’ll be responsible for driving sales into existing defined accounts in the UK and Ireland region, collaborating with teams across Freshworks to manage all aspects of the sales process.

  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers for retention and growth.
  • Utilize resources effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasting.
  • Stay updated on competition and industry trends.
  • Participate in team-building and company-growth activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a high-velocity software sales environment.
  • Desire to maximize revenue by bringing new teams into Freshworks.
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales goals.
  • Strong execution focus and urgency.
  • Exceptional communication and consultancy skills.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English is required.
