Overview

As a Lead Account Manager at Freshworks, you’ll drive sales into existing defined accounts in Germany. Your accounts will all be strategically important to the growth of the region, and you will collaborate with teams across Freshworks to manage all aspects of the sales process.

In Short

  • Define and execute plans for your accounts, exceeding sales goals.
  • Develop and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Grow and track customer contact and install base within your accounts.
  • Act as a strategic partner to your accounts.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers.
  • Use resources effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasting.
  • Keep abreast of competition and industry trends.
  • Participate in team-building and company growth activities.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a high-velocity software sales environment.
  • Desire to maximize revenue and bring new teams into Freshworks.
  • Proven track record of overachievement in sales goals.
  • Highly driven with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional communication and consultancy skills.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.
  • Native-level proficiency in German is a must.
