Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of SmithRx customers, leveraging strong industry knowledge and serving as a trusted advisor.

In Short

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account management experience in healthcare.
  • Positive growth mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong obsession with customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
