Overview

We are in search of a dynamic and growth-oriented Account Manager to support and expand Coretelligent’s Marquee client segment, which is critical to our long-term growth strategy.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of Marquee clients.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead client renewal cycles and contract updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to understand evolving needs.
  • Proactively monitor account health and mitigate churn risk.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity.
  • Act as an advocate for the client internally.
  • Help transition Key Accounts into the Marquee segment.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in account management or related fields.
  • Strong commercial instincts with a proven track record.
  • Ability to build consultative relationships with clients.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with IT services is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
