Manager, Project Management - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Project Management oversees the structure, performance, and maturation of Coretelligent’s Project Management practice. This leader is responsible for building consistent project delivery processes, implementing governance and workflows, coaching the PM team, and partnering cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Build and refine standardized project delivery processes.
• Evaluate and optimize the use of systems, including ServiceNow.
• Oversee project governance and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner closely with various teams to resolve delivery roadblocks.
• Participate in daily huddles to support PMs.
• Improve backlog visibility and tracking of WIP hours.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards tied to delivery metrics.
• Identify high-risk projects and implement corrective actions.
• Remove operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with IT or technical service delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience building or maturing a PM practice.
• Proficiency in developing workflows and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to coach PMs through ambiguity and conflict.
• Excellent communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent credential is preferred.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a collaborative environment.
