A Remote Support Engineer focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support client environments, handling user access, onboarding, offboarding, and end-user support.

• Manage user onboarding and offboarding
• Perform IAM tasks across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace
• Handle inbound support requests via phone and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot common issues across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and connectivity

• Maintain accurate ticket documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a help desk or remote support role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Active Directory user management
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment preferred
• Familiarity with VPNs and basic networking
