Overview

As an Identity & Access Management Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the identity infrastructure within a leading Cyber Security team at a Fortune 500 company.

In Short

• Provide Level 2 support for Identity Management technologies.
• Manage user accounts and group policies.
• Resolve incidents related to Active Directory, DNS, PKI, and CyberArk.
• Engage with higher-level support teams for escalations.
• Adhere to ITIL change management processes.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis.
• Develop documentation for supported applications.
• Work collaboratively on project work with senior team members.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for administrative operations.
• Participate in auditing and monitoring Active Directory environments.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in enterprise Active Directory environments.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory authentication protocols.
• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic settings with multitasking capabilities.
• Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem AD + Azure AD).
