Identity & Access Management Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer at Baker Hughes, you will be part of the Cyber Security Team, responsible for supporting and resolving incidents related to Active Directory, DNS, PKI, and CyberArk, ensuring the security and compliance of network systems.

In Short

• Provide Level 2 support for Identity and Access technologies.
• Engage higher-level support teams for escalations.
• Adhere to ITIL change management processes.
• Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis.
• Maintain and develop documentation for supported applications.
• Work with senior team members on project work.
• Experience with Active Directory and CyberArk.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in user authentication.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in enterprise Active Directory environments.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory authentication protocols.
• Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server operating systems.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite.
• Effective communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Experience in hybrid environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives.
