Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer - Remote

Overview

The role of IAM Engineer focuses on Authorization (AuthZ) services across Emerson’s enterprise. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving automation and processes related to employee lifecycle management, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and associated services.

In Short

• Implement changes in alignment with change management practices.
• Research and proactively identify tools and processes to detect emerging trends.
• Develop and enhance automation and optimization of provisioning and access management processes.
• Implement and manage IGA processes to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Ensure all IAM system and process changes are thoroughly tested and documented.
• Participate in various IT projects aimed at continuously improving the IT environment.
• Lead major rollouts and ensure that functional enhancements meet client requests.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or related fields.
• 4–8 years of experience in IT, including IAM and Cybersecurity.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity Now and Okta Cloud.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of another international language is an advantage.
• Security-related certifications are a plus.
• Solid knowledge in Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Management.
• Familiarity with Change Control and Project Management methodologies.
