Overview

As a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you will be a key technical person responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions that support the security and efficiency of workplace operations.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain IAM solutions using Microsoft Azure AD and other tools.
• Own, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IAM-related incidents.
• Monitor IAM systems for performance and security compliance.
• Ensure IAM solutions align with Zero Trust principles.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IAM engineers.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive identity governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with various teams to align IAM solutions with business objectives.

• Implement IAM in cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with IAM compliance frameworks is beneficial.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering or security operations.
• Expertise in Microsoft Identity & Access Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM security concepts.
• Hands-on experience with IAM protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• Strong English language skills.
