Overview

The Python Technical Lead will drive the technical direction of solutions in the agricultural industry, leading backend service implementation and ensuring high standards in quality, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering background in production systems.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with Python and AWS serverless architectures.
• Data modeling experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL stores.
• Strong experience with CI/CD and software delivery practices.
• Experience in observability and operational ownership.
• Ability to ensure performance and reliability in production environments.
• Experience with testing in distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience leading technical delivery in Agile teams.
