Engineering Manager - Identity and Access Management - Remote

Overview

Coinbase is seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead the IT Operations Engineering team focusing on identity and access management and endpoint management in a rapidly growing, security-first environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IAM and CPE engineering, 5 years in management.
• Expertise in Okta, Duo, Google Workspace, JAMF.
• Experience with security tooling: SSO, MFA, RBAC.
• Track record in delivering MDM solutions.
• Experience in zero-trust architecture.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Hands-on coding experience in Golang, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficient in CI/CD with Git.
• Excellent communication skills.
