• Lead a team of engineers to build the future of digital contracting.
• Manage and grow the engineering team, understanding team dynamics and roadmap needs.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and high-quality product delivery.
• Develop and deliver on an impactful roadmap in collaboration with product managers and designers.
• Represent Ironclad to prospects and customers, building a world-class product development infrastructure.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to build features and systems.
• Work with quality engineers to define and maintain testing strategies.
• Provide feedback and help recruit talented engineers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical leadership or management experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex systems.
• Passion for software engineering and building great products.
• A high bar for quality and mentoring skills.
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
