Senior HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a self-driven, team-oriented, and people-focused professional to join our leadership team in Ashland! The Senior HR Generalist serves as the primary HR partner at the site level, handling employee relations, talent management, training, engagement, benefits, workers compensation, and HR projects. This role also supports remote and corporate employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (required).
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Proven ability to problem-solve complex employee relations issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• PHR or SPHR certification (preferred).
• Experience with AI-driven HR solutions (helpful but not required).
