Senior HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our team as a (Senior) HR Generalist. In this role, you will be part of a small HR team; working alongside our HR Manager and Payroll Specialist to support 200 employees and agency staff across the Czech Republic.

In Short

• Oversee all administrative tasks related to new hires.
• Provide expert guidance and hands-on support with visa processes.
• Assist with employee relocations.
• Handle the offboarding process.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees.
• Manage and enhance employee programs and benefits.
• Maintain and check monthly attendance records.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR paperwork.
• Collaborate with HR teams from other studios.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in Czech and English.
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
