Overview

This is a fully remote position for a Senior HR Generalist who will assist all levels of personnel with HR and benefit-related matters while maintaining strict confidentiality.

In Short

  • Provide support and guidance to HR generalists and management.
  • Create learning and development programs for employees.
  • Manage benefits and 401(k) administration.
  • Oversee annual benefit renewal and open enrollment.
  • Manage performance review and salary increase processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Respond to government inquiries and maintain employee handbook.
  • Track employee compliance with training requirements.
  • Prepare semi-monthly reports to management.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • Minimum five years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Benefits and payroll experience preferred.
  • Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Committed to lifelong learning.
  • Coachable and adaptable.
