Overview

The Key Account Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for driving growth in various product lines and establishing strategies for market opportunities, while providing technical and marketing support to local and regional distribution channels.

In Short

  • Drive growth across different product lines.
  • Establish strategies based on deep product and market knowledge.
  • Supervise planning processes to set short, medium, and long-term goals.
  • Provide technical, scientific, and marketing support to distribution channels.
  • Ensure successful implementation of sales and marketing plans.
  • Consult with executive management to define and review processes.
  • Develop skills as a sales representative.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing best practices.
  • Increase market share through account and territory development.

Requirements

  • Degree in health or similar (Chemistry, Biology, Chemistry Engineering, etc.).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales with market knowledge.
  • Experience with corporate tools (ERP, executive reporting).
  • Knowledge of key players in the Mexican market.
  • Proven sales experience and objection management skills.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Experience with Sales Force Dot Com is a plus.
  • Direct and indirect sales management experience is a plus.
  • Laboratory experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate level of Excel and PowerPoint skills.
