In Short

• Build immersive training experiences for public safety professionals.
• Work on interactive simulations using Unity and C#.
• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to VR-based empathy and de-escalation training.
• Participate in feature development from concept to release.
• Debug and resolve issues across gameplay systems.
• Explore new technologies and contribute to prototyping efforts.
• Work onsite in Seattle with a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with C# or similar languages.
• Experience building applications in Unity.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Quick learner with ownership of work in a team environment.
