In Short

• Achieve mastery of all Axon technologies / products
• Lead business and technical presentations effectively
• Engage in technical conversations with IT departments and stakeholders
• Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle
• Develop relationships with key partners for growth
• Respond professionally to customer RFPs / RFIs
• Represent the products and company values at field events
• Improve or develop technical documentation
• Capture requested features for feedback to various teams
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Professional Services

Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or 5+ years relevant experience
• 5-7 years customer facing technical pre-sales or consulting experience
• Experience selling SaaS based solutions
• Intermediate knowledge of networking and IoT technologies
• Strong understanding of CCTV and video management systems
• Experience with large-scale cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong presentation skills and technical acumen
• Network and Telecommunication certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP)
