Overview

As an Accountant at Freestar, you will assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial transactions, documents, and reports, directly impacting client experience.

• Full-cycle accounting responsibilities
• Payroll entry and processing
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management
• AR Collections and bank reconciliations
• Maintaining working papers for ledger accounts
• Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements

• 5+ years experience required

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in accounting
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with consolidated accounting
• Familiarity with US payroll
• Post secondary degree in accounting/business
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Problem-solving skills
• Creative and analytical thinking
