Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis - Remote

Overview

This Specialist, FP&A role will support the Market Finance team—partnering with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Communications, and Strategy to deliver insights, support forecasts, and inform decision-making.

• Build strong relationships with VPs, directors, and their teams.
• Guide stakeholders through the forecast process.
• Prepare forecast summaries and communicate expected results.
• Build and maintain models for monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Analyze financial results to identify performance drivers and trends.
• Recommend actions to improve efficiency and align spending.
• Collaborate with operational leads to refine planning assumptions.
• Support scenario modeling for major initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or related financial analysis role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel with financial modeling capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus.
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative approach to achieving goals.
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment.
