Scout Motors is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Projects & Operational Excellence Specialist to improve efficiency and support large-scale hiring initiatives.

• Analyze and improve TA processes for better hiring outcomes.
• Support development and optimization of TA tools and workflows.
• Track TA performance metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Lead design of TA playbooks and training materials.
• Manage key TA projects and initiatives.

• Benchmark best practices for operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR experience.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR technologies; Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and independent worker.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
