Overview

Scout Motors is seeking a Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst I to support the development and management of security governance, risk, and compliance functions, focusing on customer trust and privacy.

In Short

• Assist in developing and reviewing security policies and standards.
• Support cyber risk management programs and documentation.
• Conduct cyber risk assessments for business processes and products.
• Guide risk treatment/management processes.
• Engage in privacy and GRC programs with stakeholders.
• Manage GRC tooling and associated data.
• Oversee external audits and manage audit lifecycle.
• Assist with security compliance programs for industry frameworks.
• Provide recommendations to management.
• Mentor team members and support collaborative efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT audit or security governance.
• Experience in assessing information security controls.
• Understanding of security risk management activities.
• Familiarity with security domains and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud hosting providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of GRC functions within third-party platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Desire to obtain industry certifications (CISA, CISSP, etc.).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
