In Short

  • Creating a strategic roadmap and services architecture for how Scout Motors will sell and transact new and used vehicles to retail customers.
  • Supporting and driving the definition and design of the ideal transaction process from an operational perspective.
  • Leading vehicle registration compliance efforts across all active and future sales markets.
  • Developing and documenting comprehensive knowledge of vehicle sales and registration requirements.
  • Designing and operationalizing transaction workflows and an efficient operating model.
  • Creating a technical support model for sales transaction workflows.
  • Coordinating with Finance to define and build systems that accurately recognize vehicle revenue.
  • Providing operational inputs into digital tools and vendor integrations.
  • Participating in vendor evaluations and providing operational insight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years experience managing automotive sales transactions.
  • Deep technical acumen and comprehensive regulatory knowledge.
  • Proven experience in early-stage companies.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to bring together both internal and external teams.
  • High agency with capability to independently solve problems.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Valid drivers license.
