The Senior Transaction Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day transaction management for a portfolio of properties, ensuring alignment with client real estate goals and optimizing service delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate documents.
• Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license.
• LEED, MCR, CCIM designations are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client site visits.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning.
