Transaction Manager - Remote

Overview

Greysteel, a rapidly growing national commercial real estate firm dedicated to delivering tailored capital event solutions, is seeking a Transaction Manager to join our highest performing advisor teams. This role reports directly to the Transaction Management Leader and plays a critical part in supporting the execution of commercial real estate investment sales and debt/equity placement transactions.

In Short

• Oversee and coordinate the advisor team's pipeline of proposals and active transactions.
• Track and manage critical dates and deadlines for timely execution.
• Serve as a liaison between advisors, internal departments, and stakeholders.
• Partner with teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Provide guidance on transaction processes and maintain internal databases.
• Audit deal files for completeness and adherence to standards.
• Support planning for internal and external events.
• Manage and mentor junior Transaction Coordinators.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with CRM systems and transaction tracking tools.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor effectively.
