Overview

We are looking for an experienced Transition Manager to oversee and manage the transition of strategic projects and transformation initiatives within our organization, ensuring continuity of operations.

Requirements

• Skills in change management and communication.
• Familiarity with transition management tools.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
