Overview

We are looking for an experienced engineer to enable reliable, secure, and scalable GenAI‑based mail processing. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and operating MCP and OCR integrations, ensuring the overall stability and performance of the platform.

In Short

• Design and implement secure integrations with multiple MCP servers.
• Implement and operate OCR integrations for processing attachments.
• Ensure secure handling of customer and PII data.
• Scale and performance-tune GenAI Python microservices.
• Improve PostgreSQL session and connection management.
• Operate and harden the LLM-Gateway.
• Implement and maintain observability for workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
• Strong experience in integrating backend APIs.
• Practical experience with OCR tools/APIs.
