As a Transition Manager at Assystem, you will play a key role in leading transformation projects related to energy, ensuring a smooth transition of processes and systems in line with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in transformation project management.
• Strong understanding of the nuclear, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Good vision of information systems and business issues.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and business profiles.
• Demonstrated leadership, pedagogy, and mediation skills.
• Interest in new technologies and agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
