Overview

The Real Estate Transaction Manager serves as the primary contact for managing real estate transactions for company-operated stores across the United States, providing support in negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions.

In Short

  • Manages lease renewals and negotiations for company-operated stores.
  • Tracks lease renewal savings and assists with surplus property dispositions.
  • Develops and executes leasing strategies for company-owned portfolios.
  • Provides real estate support on acquisitions and expansions.
  • Communicates with field management regarding lease terms and approvals.
  • Maintains accurate lease action plans in the database.
  • Prepares real estate approval packages for new and relocated sites.
  • Conducts property value estimations and market analyses.
  • Performs other real estate tasks as assigned.
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial and/or retail real estate.
  • Strong understanding of finance principles and commercial lease language.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with real estate databases preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
