Overview

The Senior Transaction Manager is responsible for overseeing transaction management for complex portfolios of properties, ensuring quality service and effective financial tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of senior-level experience in transaction management.
• Client, P&L, and contract management experience.
• Experience in integrated services account management.
• Active Real Estate Salesperson’s License required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% regionally.
