Overview

The Transaction Manager will oversee various aspects of the lending lifecycle, focusing on loan closing, servicing coordination, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial loans.
• Preferred experience with Laser Pro.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft programs.
• Experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Understanding of wholesale lending processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
