Overview

The Transaction Manager will oversee the lending lifecycle, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in loan transactions while supporting various business lines.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of CMBS and MRA loan documentation.
• Experience in wholesale lending and loan mechanics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft programs.
• Experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
