Overview

We are seeking a talented and naturally curious Customer Support Engineer to support the global deployment of systems and equipment for carbon capture, sequestration, and innovations that generate additional co-benefits.

In Short

  • Support startup and operations of deployments at international project sites.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, and document customer-reported issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Communicate learnings from the field to internal teams.
  • Develop and implement process documentation for scalable designs.
  • Create process models using Aspen Plus.
  • Conduct supplier capability assessments.
  • Travel internationally (~50%) for project support.
  • Collaborate across various teams and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about tackling the climate crisis.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in a commercial or research environment.
  • Hands-on experience in industrial plants or similar.
  • Prior experience with water treatment and reactor design preferred.
  • Process simulation experience (Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, etc.).
  • Programming experience in Python or MATLAB.
  • Ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and flexible with time zone communication.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
