Overview

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at MGID, you will support the HR team and other stakeholders with bonus calculations, data analysis, and reward processes.

In Short

• Calculate variable pay, commissions, and bonuses accurately and on time.
• Assist in analyzing compensation costs and monitoring financial metrics.
• Prepare and update regular and ad-hoc reports for HR or management.
• Enter and update compensation data in HR systems or spreadsheets.
• Support the HR team with data for market salary surveys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in HR, Finance, or Data Analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understanding of corporate ethics and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with the HR team.
