Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our net new customer acquisition targets by leading, coaching, and motivating a team of high-performing Sales Executives.

In Short

  • Lead a high-performing sales team and guide them to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding client needs.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executive team members.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years’ experience in sales, with a track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Successful previous experience in sales leadership, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience working for a tech company focusing on EOR, Payroll or HR preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or finance discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and other standard tools preferred.
