Overview

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the strategic lifecycle of our Global benefits offerings, focusing on driving the end-to-end benefits renewal process, strategic planning, implementation, and vendor management.

In Short

  • Assist in the packaging and analysis of all benefit offerings.
  • Conduct research and analysis on competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Support cross-functional product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Maintain contact with brokers and benefit vendors.
  • Execute detailed analysis of cost drivers and market conditions.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new benefit packages.
  • Develop analytical reports for Product Marketing.
  • Prepare data for training Sales Enablement teams.
  • Provide analytical support for customer inquiries.
  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefit programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Ability to apply a strategic mindset to work.
  • Solid knowledge of global benefits industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative style across teams.
