Overview

The Employment Compliance Manager - Americas will help G-P navigate the complexities of employment compliance across North America and LATAM, providing strategic advice and guidance on all aspects of employment compliance matters.

In Short

  • Track and ensure adherence to employment laws across the Americas.
  • Develop compliance strategies with relevant stakeholders.
  • Advise on employment compliance matters and support implementation.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to develop compliant practices.
  • Identify and mitigate employment compliance-related gaps.
  • Consult on employee communication and documentation.
  • Assist Product teams with compliance across products.
  • Conduct internal and support external audits.
  • Deliver compliance-related communications and training.
  • Manage various risk and compliance tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate preferred.
  • Global Professional Accreditation preferred (e.g., FCIPD, GPHR).
  • 7-10 years of HR, employment compliance, or legal experience.
  • Experience with employment legislation across the Americas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in an international setting.
  • Experience in testing and auditing HR processes.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
