Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Compliance Manager in the Compliance Advisory team on a permanent basis. You will support the Senior Manager and the other members of the team with managing a wide range of advisory queries, project support and development of a strong risk and compliance culture across the business.

In Short

• Build and maintain effective working relationships internally and across the business.
• Act as compliance representative at business-related meetings.
• Provide accurate and timely regulatory advice on compliance queries.
• Consult with the Senior Manager to resolve complex compliance issues.
• Provide compliance approval for process changes and new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with FCA and PRA regulations.
• Identify weaknesses in operations and provide improvement advice.
• Attend incident/risk event meetings focusing on regulatory breaches.
• Help design and assess controls to mitigate risks.
• Promote the best interests of the group and support organizational goals.
