Overview

The Junior IT Infrastructure Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing IT service processes, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, and managing external IT service providers in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
• Knowledge of ITIL and/or IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with IT service processes focused on infrastructure.
• Knowledge of service and/or project management.
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow is desirable.
