Junior Global IT Infrastructure Service Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Junior Global IT Infrastructure Service Analyst will be responsible for developing service design for IT infrastructure services, consulting service owners, and managing the commercial product lifecycle of IT services.

• Further develop service design for IT infrastructure services in the global service catalogue.
• Consult service owners for implementing changes to service structure.
• Identify and align with relevant internal and external services for successful service delivery.
• Manage commercial product lifecycle of IT services.
• Work with service owners and controlling to ensure proper resource planning, calculation, and charging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Working experience in purchasing, cost, or cost accounting.
• Contracting knowledge in vendor management.
• Commercial knowledge for budget and charging.
• IT Process/Catalog Management knowledge for service modeling.
• Excellent in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation, verbal & written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a differentiating factor but not mandatory.
