Senior Analyst - Enterprise Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

A Senior Analyst is responsible for providing technical support across Enterprise Infrastructure, supporting key project-driven initiatives and operational tasks to maintain the integrity of the infrastructure environment.

In Short

• Provide production support for all Linux technologies.
• Manage patching and upgrades on Redhat Linux.
• Understand hardware systems and deal with hardware failures.
• Assist with automation tasks in Linux and Solaris environments.
• Maintain stability of the production Linux environment.
• Support scheduling and execution of system maintenance and updates.
• Complete projects within aggressive time frames and budgets.
• Willing to learn new technologies.
• Develop timely metrics based on management platforms.
• Execute performance monitoring to improve the overall environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Administrative experience in Redhat Linux and Solaris environments.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience in handling critical production incidents.
• Knowledge in shell scripting.
• Experience in cloud environments like AWS is an added advantage.
