Senior Analyst - Enterprise Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Analyst in the System Engineering family, you will provide technical support across Enterprise Infrastructure, supporting key project initiatives and maintaining the integrity of the infrastructure environment.

In Short

• Provide production support for Linux technologies.
• Manage patching and upgrades on Redhat Linux.
• Handle hardware failures and understand hardware systems.
• Assist with automation tasks in Linux and Solaris environments.
• Maintain stability of the production Linux environment.
• Support system maintenance and technology deployments.
• Complete projects within time frames and budgets.

• Develop metrics based on management platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Redhat Linux and Solaris environments.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience handling critical production incidents.
• Knowledge in shell scripting.
• Experience in cloud environments like AWS is a plus.
