In this ‘Techno/Functional’ role you will act as a liaison between our internal/external business partners and our IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet our organizational needs.

In Short

• Identify, develop, and implement solutions for various business initiatives.
• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes.
• Coordinate efforts for multiple projects at once.
• Assist and support end-user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Act as subject matter expert and provide best practices recommendations.
• Establish and maintain a close working relationship with business partners.
• Gather detailed business requirements and perform gap analyses.
• Assist with identifying and documenting data and integration issues.
• Provide updates on project status, issues, risks, and change requests.
• Handle AdHoc IT related requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 6 years of functional/technical experience.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
