Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will handle enterprise aspects of our Salesforce.com platform, understanding business requirements and translating them into effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 5+ years in Service Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience with Apex, Trigger, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Experience in developing customer-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent systems integration experience with REST and Web Services APIs.
• Experience with automation processes using Flows and Process Builder.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts and application design principles.
• Experience managing large data volumes and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous development tools.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification required.
